Graphic Trades Private Limited has been constituted & took over the existing business of “M/s Graphic Trades”, a proprietorship firm of one of the promoters of the company, including its credentials, certifications, awards, performance reports, goodwill, brand value, all previous audited balance sheets including turnover status & profit and loss account, financial creditability including solvency status, past workings, work completion certificates, work orders completed and / or pending, partly or pending performances and to acquire any other existing business or businesses for the furtherance of the objects for which the company is registered.

Graphic Trades Pvt. Ltd. (a NSIC Registered Unit of India) was incorporated in 2015 to take over the proprietorship firm Graphic Trades (established in 2001) and its entire credentials. The promoter of both companies is same. The takeover agreement is duly updated on the ROC website, Government of India. Therefore, our existence will be considered as 19 years.

Therefore, our participation in this tender will be in the name of Graphic Trades Pvt Ltd with all previous & current credentials of Graphic Trades and Graphic Trades Pvt. Ltd, wherever applicable.
